Cross-Channel Win-Back Campaigns
Direct Associates helped recapture former AAA members with two distinct multi-channel Win-Back campaigns. Audience groups were divided into new vs. prolonged lapsed members; while all communications acknowledged the former membership, each program tested unique offer positioning, messaging and aesthetics to drive response and increase growth.
